Co-founding Stoffwechsel e.V. in 1993 with the sole aim of improving the lives of children enduring hardships, Ralf’s organisation works in some of the most deprived areas of Dresden, offering help and support to those in need – often going to the lengths of moving into these disadvantaged areas to grow together.
