
Lorenza Soldani is a Florentine community engagement expert, facilitator and trainer with a certificate in social and family mediation recognized by the International Family Mediators Association and a Masters Degree in Social and Intercultural Mediation. She is a skilled mediator and facilitator and expert in group dynamics, with a particular focus on engagement methodologies. For over 10 years, she has been an active member and partner of Sociolab, a cooperative specialized in the design and management of participative process and social research, working on social innovation, outreach and community engagement. She coordinates several social innovation and urban regeneration projects focusing on social cohesion and social inclusion in complex neighborhoods, working closely with communities, cultural and social entrepreneurs to create sustainable networks of collaboration.
