
Sound and visual artist, performer, Letizia Renzini works in an interdisciplinary field, focusing the exploration in the composition of artistic languages. Director, musician and DJ, works in the field of performing arts as the author of a new musical theater and multimedia installations. Trained with the masters of the contemporary scene such as Romeo Castellucci (Socìetas Raffaello Sanzio) and Virgilio Sieni, she worked many years at RAI Radio 3 as a speaker and DJ, and collaborated with newspapers and magazines (Alias, Il Manifesto, Musica Jazz); she teaches Multimedia and History of Cinema at the Istituto Marangoni for fashion, design and the arts. Her projects of Musical Theater produced by European and national institutions such as Venice Biennale, Festival Romaeuropa (I) Operadagen Rotterdam (NL), Musiktheatre Transparant (B), Fabbrica Europa Florence (I), have been hosted by prestigious venues in the world of Centro Cultural de Belem (P), State Theater Pretoria (SA), Macro Rome, The Place London (GB), Opéra de Lille (FR), Tanzeshus Stockholm (S), Royal Opera House London (GB), Grand Theater Amsterdam, etc. … as a musician and DJ, she has made solo projects and collaborations with classical musicians such as avant-garde: among the most important Schiftung Mozarteum Salzburg, Radialsystem Berlin, Parco della Musica Rome, State Theater Pretoria, Macro Roma, Tempo Reale Firenze, Bimhuis Amsterdam.
